- JWjeff warnerAug 24, 20232.0I purchased custom drapes. Had to pay for “ professional “ measurements that were off. I gave correct measurements. Hanging of drapes is 1/2 lower on one side. This was identified by me while installer was present with my 8’ level. Drapes are extremely wrinkled. I called sales person. I told her I only wanted what she would think was okay for her home. I sent pics. Her response was they will straighten with time. Okay. I’m not want to create problems so I will address the issues in my own. But good to know they don’t have high standards for themselves. I’m glad I didn’t order the other two sets of drapes I need. Do not recommend.
