- RBRay BennettApr 10, 20261.0If you are looking for long term storage, I suggest looking elsewhere. Have been here a year and already 2 rent increases. From $88 to $150 to $217. Yet their "Web Rate" for the same unit is $114 and even the "In Store" is $203 which is still cheaper than what they are increasing it. If you want a short term clean facility, no complaints. But if you want long term, budget your rent being almost triple your introductory offer within a year.
