I initially went on the web, looking for storage units and even without the discounts offered at this time of year they have the most manageable prices… Initially, I called with a question and talk to a woman named Gia with this company. She answered every question I had and sounded absolutely joyful, just talking to me, which is hard to find nowadays. She worked with me, but also went above and beyond to help. Once she was aware of what I needed and what I wanted, she got me in contact with the actual Store manager, Ron, who then helped me with every other question I had! He was patient and kind and also very knowledgeable with everything on their property. This once frustrating and stressful situation turned out to be quite easy and stress-free and I definitely owe that to these two individuals! If you have read this far, just know that this storage company cares about their people and in the world that we live in today those kind of people are hard to find. Thank you, Gia for sending me to Ron and thank you Ron for helping the rest of the way you are both great greatly appreciated!
