All the sales personnel were very familiar with the different chairs and couches on the floor. It is a very relaxed shopping experience. The other furniture they offer is also fabulous! Love a La-Z-boy !

We knew about it but let her tell us as we had visted a Lazyboy in CO & had an older fellow tell us that so we knew. She showed us even ones that were on sale but finally we found just what fitted me.. So hang on to this young lady she knows her lazyboy.
