Andrea Tiller listened very carefully and provided us with many options, in our price range. None seem to fit, and as we were ready to leave, she pursued us and suggested one more. She knew it wasn’t in the price range we were looking, but it wasn’t too much higher, and she without pushing explained to us the mechanics that would do exactly what we wanted. Andrea was far exceeded the other salesman in the other stores, who simply said “nope we don’t have anything like that“ and let us walk out.
