  My fiance works for a non-profit organization in town. Recently their dryer went out of commission and they needed dry blankets for the homeless. She washed the blankets at her work and decided to Dry the blankets at this laundromat. The rude old lady who works there yelled at her for drying the blankets... She said they are not allowed to use the dryers unless they wash the laundry there. There is no notices or policy's on the door to notify customers of this. The old lady was rude and made her take the blankets out of the dryer despite her already paying. Avoid this place if you can!

  This is a no-frills laundromat. As long as you go in with proper expectations, this is a great place to wash your clothes. I've never gone on a weekend but I've never had trouble getting machines on weekdays. They fastidiously clean, which I really appreciate. As soon as they see someone vacate a machine, they come and inspect them, wipe them out or off if necessary, and prop the lids for the next user. They are constantly monitoring the floors, the folding surfaces, and the dryer doors, too, for cleanliness, and addressing when needed. They don't charge you to make change, which I appreciate and which is contrary to another establishment I visited. There's ample parking. The loads are affordable and quick. I see some complaints about the friendliness. The people who run it are not chatty, but they are helpful and polite when needed. They're direct, but I don't think that should be equated with unfriendly.

  Great laundromat located in downtown Prescott. Family owned and operated. Love supporting the mom and pop establishments! Don't listen to the negative reviews. Go check it out and decide for yourself. 10/10 highly recommend!! =)

  I’ve been going here for 6 years. Usually when the washer/dryer at my apartment building is occupied or out of order. Well today our dryer wasn’t working, so I rushed my wet work uniforms plus 2 additional loads I was intending to wash over to this laundromat. As I’m walking over to the dryer, the old gray hair lady snaps at me that I have to wash them before I’m allowed to dry them. I’m about to give you my money and you’re going to treat a 6 year customer like that. Nope, time to give my money to a different laundromat now. Plus this place smells bad.
