Refused to help us at the counter.
Zero help or any customer services. We needed more tile to finish our remodel but on line in Phoenix we couldn’t find it. I went in the store and ask if there were any stores in ALL of AZ that had it. Customer service lady in deer valley acted put out and said she could only look in the area. She couldn’t find it.
So on my own, zero help from Lowe’s, I’m on their website entering store after store. Finally after an hour and twenty minutes I find it in Prescott, order it on line. On line it would not allow us to enter the contractors number for the discount.
We get up at 3:45 am, with or contractors number from our GC and head to Prescott. We get to Prescott go to customer service. NO other customers. Lady just standing there. Ask for her help and she tells me to go to the lock box. So I do and try to figure it out but I have no bar code. So I go back to the woman, just standing there doing nothing. I tell her no bar code. She says, “oh if you have a pick up it’s at the other terminal.” Lazy woman stands there watching me put in my order number. Too lazy and unhelpful to put it in the computer or assist with the contractor discount.

This is by far the best Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. Richard helped me source materials and even helped me load it into my vehicle which helped greatly on account of my back injuries. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Richard!

I was looking for a stain to match my cabinets and they have been extremely nice helping me. I brought back a partially used quart they had mixed and they credited me and showed me where I could try out a stain. The employees are really good about helping you. This is the place to shop for whatever home improvement projects you have going on.

I have to say, I met one Lowe's worker about a week and a half ago. He was a true saint. Today, Saturday I go into Lowe's and have met the most useless bunch of men that can't help and can't even call for help. They were both young and old! Lowe's gets 2 stars for the man we met a week and a half ago who is the diamond in a mountain of rocks! Lowe's please expect more from the men you have working in Prescott, AZ! At the very least, please help your workers to gain the ability to pick up a walkie talkie to call for help if they will make the most lame excuses why they can't.

Great store but the worst when it comes to installations. Ordered new appliances, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and stack washer & dryer in February 2026. The installers were insistent that the refrigerator was not able to be installed due to the water source not being up to their standards. They left the new refrigerator in my driveway for a week until I could have a plumber come out to make the requested changes. When they came back they said it was still not acceptable. After telling them that the new water source was completed by a licensed plumber they put it in and left. On February 9th 2006 I purchased a new kitchen sink and paid for installation. I received a confirmation that an installer would contact me in two days to set up an installation date. After three days nothing so I called Lowes installation only to be informed that they did call on the second day but didn't leave a message and they would call again i a couple days. I had no such call. If you want anything from Lowes that needs installation have a professional installer of your own do the work.
