    My husband brought me here to browse the new Halloween collection. We weren’t planning to get anything but I fell in love with this large Halloween decoration. We couldn’t find a price on it and we were just aimless wandering trying to figure out where the box might be. An employee, Leo, asked if we needed anything and when my husband inquired about the decoration he said that was the last one, but he would be happy to sell it to us even though it was the floor model. Leo didn’t hesitate to help us, and he took the floor model apart and packed it up for us without any complaint! He was so kind to us during the whole process and during checkout. Phenomenal customer service! I didn’t catch the girls name who helped him take it apart for us, but thank you to her too!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
