- KCKathy CJan 24, 20261.0Pick-ed up altered pants today, one leg longer than the other. When I tried to address the issue, I was told the seamstress who altered the pants was not there, and they would not take any responsibility for her work. They wanted me to drive 5 miles to another store where she is working today, or come back in 6 days when she would be again on duty. They do not operate as one company; it is a storefront for independent contractors. Avoid.
- NNNicoleOct 7, 20251.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Took 3 weeks to get two shirts taken it. On top of that they MAKE you pay upfront!!! What? Then you get a text stating a time they are ready.. and guess what… that time isn’t the time. You will be asked to leave and come back when it’s convenient for them. I was genuinely shocked when the lady shooed her hand at me to leave and come back because the items they have for 3 FREAKING WEEKS were just barely getting started. Solid representation of your company.

I let them know what I needed and I was quoted a price immediately. I paid partial and when I came to pick it up exactly one week later. I paid the rest had no problem. Communication was excellent. I was asked the questions as needed, I chatted with the owner in there. She is stern and wants to get the West done correctly, which I absolutely appreciate. Overall Everything was amazing. Some people may see this as a simple Job, but no, it’s not simple or else I would be doing it myself. I provided some images of the work, which looks absolutely amazing. Stitching is clean like the factory. Thank you.

- TTTeresa TraverseDec 24, 20235.0I’ve had two different garments fixed here. One dress with a ripped seam and a coat that needed the pockets sewn and two buttons fixed. This shop is fast and reasonably priced. They fixed both items in a day. Thank you! Just be sure you have cash or Venmo.
