  Nemo was a great resource throughout our pillow purchasing experience. We never felt pressured or rushed and he was wonderful with our toddler. Great store, would recommend to all.

  I purchased a bed from Garrett McBurney at the Tempur-Pedic Store at Biltmore Fashion Park. Garrett was a pleasure to work with and couldn't have been more helpful. My daughter was with me and she and her husband plan to buy a bed from him in the future. Kudos to Garrett!

  The staff are knowledgeable and informative. They are incredibly courteous and helpful. It is such a wonderful opportunity to experience great customer service! One can only hope and wish all establishments offered such a wonderful experience.
