  You can get your Hayward pumps directly from Hayward installed for a better price and a better warranty. I had Leslie's pool, install my Hayward pump, and they would not honor their warranty. I called Hayward directly. They were very good about it. We are sending somebody out tomorrow to replace the pump or the broken parts. Leslie's pools sucks.\n Pumps, cheaper and installed by Hayward representatives.

  I love this location and staff. I have been going here for five years and will never go anywhere else. The support and education provided by Scott and his team is invaluable. I went from a clueless first time pool owner to being able to operate, maintain, and balance all aspects of my pool like a pro. My pool looks amazing and this was never possible with 3 different pool companies I had previously hired. I’ve gotten several 100% on my tests because of their guidance. They never upsell and have the customers best interests at heart. I am forever grateful and a forever customer.

  Jerky Boys joke or poor business practice? Beware of using the website to INQUIRE about scheduling service. Computer replied no appointment available. Leslie's numerous calls and no-reply emails where eventually blocked. I did the work myself. I was surprised a tech showed up and sat outside for 30 minutes while corporate left messages and I was in a meeting. I subsequently learned Leslie's policy is to automatically book a service call for ALL online inquires. An appointment is an agreed upon date and time. Scary times-the stalking of Leslie's corporation. Reminds me of the Jerky Boys prank calls for an auto mechanic job. The person declined the cold call for employment. The Jerky Boys responded, "I dont care what you say, I'm showing up with my tool box". In Leslie's case a tool box and a company work truck showed up.

  I own a pool repair, service and remodel company. I have been trying to spend upwards of $150000+ with Leslies as a trade partner and no one seems to be able to convert my acct from cash only to commercial or credit card on file. Very difficult to spend my money with you. Your competitors like SCP, make it easy....very frustrating. I hope there is someone monitoring these reviews, however I doubt that is the case given my interactions to date...
