  Firstly, the majority of the employees who work here are wonderful and accommodating. Very helpful. Signage at this store is erratic and causes confusion. Oftentimes the previous weeks sale signs are up and when you get to the cashier they will not honour it. Most recently the signage for 50% off Fairy Tale jewelry components was in front of the Gilded Age collection and I selected three items from the display and brought it to the till with over a hundred dollars of other items. Marissa was called over and would not honour it and told me Fairy Tale was on sale that week so I simply took them off my order - I went back and looked and the signage I realized was in the wrong spot, I told Marissa and she did not offer to honour the price, even though that stuff alternates every few weeks. Now I have to make my way 18 miles back to the store next week to see if Gilded Age is on sale - it’s such a pain. The miniature section keeps shrinking, as does other craft and hobby supplies, as a general rule Honby Lobby is becoming part dollar store part home decor and it’s very disappointing for crafters and hobbyists - especially after losing JoAnn, Hobby Lobby could have picked up some of the slack. Thank goodness for Temu.

  Store was dirty. Was only a handful of customers in one line and it took me and my girlfriend about 30 minutes to check out, and we only had 2 items.

  horrible place. if I could put negative stars i would. Workers told me they “did not” have certain items and as I was walking around, I found multiple of the items they did “not have”. workers are beyond lazy and out of touch. they also did not have tap to pay as a payment option which beyond me because that software came out in the late 2000’s. Overall horrible experience, it was like I was there with no workers.

  Not my place to go - went to the fabric department - very limited quilting fabric option - the fabric cutter was rude & talking behind my back making judgmental remarks - ended buying only 2 buttons - will not come back!
