- JWJake WhiteFeb 11, 20261.0Super easy to sign up and friendly staff. The problem is their model seems pretty dishonest. They get me in with a low rate, then 3-4 months later they DOUBLED my rate. I understand inflation, but it doesn’t happen that fast and they did it sneakily too. I received a small piece of mail that looked like a change of address form. As I looked closer I saw it was folded and sealed… once I opened it I saw the notice that they were doubling the rate. When I called to ask, they said this was standard and they have multiple price increases scheduled for that first year. Maybe they think we won’t notice a price increase or just won’t want to move our stuff again. Either way, I don’t want to support a business like this.
