- RSRich Kelly, Sr.Mar 28, 20261.0These people raise the rent after so long of renting, and God help you if you're late paying, because they'll slam you in late fees. I lost everything I owned there. There needs to be an advocacy group between the public and these conglomerate storage companies to prevent them from raising the cost of these units astronomically whenever they feel like it. There is no justification for the high prices these companies are charging. It's pure, unadulterated greed.
