- BBBreshkaFeb 26, 20264.0I rented an upstairs unit from Extra Storage and found the unit and property to be clean, convenient, and security was present and very friendly. They have trolley carts available for use and a wide roll-up door with direct access to the elevator. Three things to be aware of: the upstairs doors are standard width and do not have a 'stay-open' or slow close feature, be careful parking over the storm drain (I dropped my keys and had to lift that incredibly heavy cover to retrieve them!), and be aware that the rental is month to month so the price can increase. Mine almost doubled after three months.
