Rate was reasonable for the short time I had my unit, but I encountered others who were "moving out" due to rate hikes over the year/2 they occupied the space. You must buy a barrel lock designed for their doors, cant provide your own. I also saw a German cockroach crawl across the hallway, with the lights on, in the middle of the day. I squished it and showed the body to Robert, who stated they spray once a month and "sometimes people bring them in"

We have had 3 others over the years in Phoenix, this one is by far the best in every way. From our first visit to set up, through present, the customer service has exceeded our expectations. Best rates and very efficient and knowledgeable management associates. Most especially Robert, he has consistently provided us with superior assistance, excellent communication and efficient and timely follow-through. We are extremely happy with Extra Space Storage and highly recommend the North 7th Street site.
