- RDraquel deeApr 4, 20261.0I had good reviews now I need to give a bad review. I rented a big space 10x30 for $280ish then my rent gone up to $380 with their insurance. They say my rent gone up because it was conveniently on the first floor. So, I got rid of things and moved to basement 10x15 and my rate was $160 with my own insurance. I was so happy to start saving money. This transition was 4 months ago in December. Now they are raising my rent again to $235 plus taxes $7.99 total $242.99. This is $80 added more to my rent within 4 months. I swear this place is a RIP OFF. They say its because of current market conditions. Then before they told me i was conveniently on the first floor and my rent was going up. DON'T BE HAPPY WITH YOUR RENT TOO LONG THEY WILL ADD TO YOUR RENT UNEXPECTEDLY.
