- JJJenMar 13, 20261.0The staff here is probably the worst I have ever seen at a business. I’d give negative reviews if I could. The girl who checked me in tried to impose fraudulent unauthorized charges on my account, I told her to remove the unauthorized charges and after repeatedly telling her to remove the unauthorized charges she responded with the most immature scoffing attitude I’ve ever seen from an adult. Pretty odd behavior from an employee who was just denied from performing an illegal action. To make things worse, the manager, I believe is either Dave or Eric, has been aggressively hostile in a pattern of repeated harassment and potentially discriminatory harassment on most of the trips I’ve had to the establishment. This manager not only has engaged in repeated unfair treatment towards me, a female paying customer, but the male customers who do the exact same and worse in their actions are given no reprimand and no hostility. I am so disgusted appalled and offended by the unfair treatment of this establishment it is nearly unfathomable this company is even in business when they hire people of such incompetence.
