- ZWZack Ward4 days ago1.0I would not recommend this Extra Space Storage facility. My trailer and dirt bike were stolen from this location during non-gate hours, when no one should have been allowed to enter or exit the facility. I personally saw security footage showing the burglars on the property, taping over the gate sensor so it would not close, cutting the locks on my trailer, and driving away with it. None of that appears to have triggered an alarm or prompted immediate security response, which is extremely concerning. I was also informed that the burglars were able to get into the facility after gate hours by calling the Extra Space national hotline and claiming they were locked inside, and that they were let in without proper verification. That is what makes this so disturbing: this happened at a time when the facility was supposed to be secured and no one should have been getting in or out at all. I was also told there had been a burglary the night before, which makes the lack of effective security even more alarming. Based on my experience, I do not believe this location provided adequate security for customers’ property, and I would strongly caution anyone against storing valuables here.
