    Darin is so kind and helpful! We went shopping for a friend here after a hard week and luckily ran into him. He was able to help us come up with a good gift and was so nice in the process. Such a breath of fresh air!

    I was very disappointed with world market today because my order can in at 5:00 am this morning nobody call me let me know that my order was in I call them at 1:00 pm today they said yes your order are here so my order have been there for 8 hour nobody call me that is really bad business I just prayer no one else will experience what I when through.

    Ordered an item for after calling and getting confirmation that I could pick it up in a week or 2 I called again only to find out that my order was canceled. Don't send fr pick up at this location. I was told that maybe others locations have the item.

    My husband went to return a few items with our original receipt, but the manager on duty, Priscila, claimed the credit card didn’t match because the purchase was made with Apple Pay. Even though we share the same card, she insisted he could only receive store credit. He felt he had no choice and accepted the merchandise credit. When we returned to correct the issue, we were immediately told nothing could be done because he had “agreed” to store credit. After explaining that he was told a refund to our card was not an option, Priscila chose to argue instead of helping. Her dismissive attitude and repeated insistence that any confusion “wasn’t her fault” were unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite spending over $400 in the store, we were denied proper service and weren’t even given back our original receipt. When we asked for the general manager’s contact, Priscila claimed she couldn’t find it and directed us to a website. Only after further insistence did she return from the back and tell us the manager would “do us a favor” by issuing the refund—calling it a one-time exception. To be clear: a refund with a valid receipt is not a favor. The real issue is that the store’s outdated system can’t properly match Apple Pay transactions, something most retailers handle easily. When paying with Applepay this information was not disclosed which is misleading. Overall, this was unacceptable customer service. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should never be made to feel dismissed or disrespected while simply trying to resolve a straightforward return with proof of purchase.

    I had the most amazing experience at this location of World Market thanks to an employee named Darrin. I’m going through a major, not-so-easy life change, and his kindness truly meant the world to me. He went above and beyond anything he needed to do, and his genuine care actually brought me to tears. You never know what someone is going through, and his compassion touched me deeply. I also want to mention Pricilla, ( I hope I’m correct on that name) who was so kind, and the blond gal who helped my mom the day before, both were wonderful. Truly outstanding customer service all around.
