The floor hadn't been properly cleaned in who knows how long, the toilet bowl and worse the toilet seat were filthy, not cleaned with a few droplets, filthy. I went on for the foods, so I can speak about how disorganized and sadly lacking it was. My husband walked out happy because they had Sapporo. Management needs to be retrained, the problems are because of weak management.

I no longer had my debit card due to bank fraud twice this month and waiting on a new card now . I was told by cashier I could only have store credit . Why? I paid with debit just give me cash. I am not a criminal and not trying to cheat. I want a cash refund . I am enclosing pictures of my receipt and bank fraud notices from Bank of America . Can anyone help me please . Someone who cares .
