- MMMikeAug 18, 20251.0Went to the Scottsdale store to return a container because the lid had broke. Of course, because it's just cheap, lower end plastic. The cashier said that they are out of stock and can't give me an exchange. So I asked for store credit and they still said no. Then I asked for the manager and when she came, I was immediately hit with a really bad attitude from her. She was incredibly rude. She started off with a lie, by saying that the container I had was not from their store. Well, I then pointed to the sticker on the container that said it's from their store. I told her you know this is your product and that it's not from Amazon or Walmart because they don't care these types of containers. Nice try though. Then she said they can't return it because it's so old, even though the cashier said that they're out of stock. Every time I go there, they are very rude to people, not to mention how expensive everything is. I will never enter that store again. Then after I left, I heard them laughing behind my back. That is unbelievable!! What kind of manager is this if she is rude to people and laughs at them when they leave. These are the kind of people they hire?? I guess customer service and treating people with respect wasn't in the training seminar. Everything in that store can be found elsewhere for way cheaper, I definitely don't need or want them. What a useless place.
