  We purchased a spa from Sunset Spas and as far as the spa is concerned it works quite well for the options it came with. My two stars are for the deceptive sales tactics of the salesman. Pitching a particular spa that we were looking at on what it offers and that he cold sell us the floor model at a discount. Come to find out when it was delivered it did not have the same features that he pitched. Those turned out to be options that you could get if you ordered it that way. Customer service denied the salesman did anything wrong. The lesson here is get EVERYTHING in writing and trust no one. At least not at Sun Spas in Phoenix.

  First time buying a spa and couldn’t be happier! Mitch treated us with respect and was very patient with all of our beginner questions. Now that we are enjoying our new spa, Mitch has made himself available on numerous occasions to answer questions and give us guidance. Delivery was seamless, easy to coordinate and on time. Would recommend Mitch at Sunset spas happy Valley Road to anyone! Kimberly

  Stopped by this new spa store while we were in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and pricing. We ended up buying a spa that day. The spa we wanted was in stock and it was delivered 3 days later. We've been enjoying it daily since!
