  We visited Park Central Storage on 1/17/26 and were very impressed with the staff and facitliy. We were greeted by Robert and John and both were friendly, professional and helpful. Robert gladly gave us a tour and was very thorough during the rental process. He made sure we understood each step and also ensured that he entered our information correctly. John explained where the emergency exits were and also gave us information about purchasing moving boxes, etc. Robert and John made our rental experience a very pleasant one and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Both the front office and storage area of the facility were clean, organized, and very secure. Super impressed! I HIGHLY recommend Park Central Storage!

  I went in to inquire about a storage unit right as they were closing, and John and Bobby were more than happy to take care of me. They didn’t rush me at all and made the whole process easy and welcoming. Honestly, it’s the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I’ll update if anything changes down the road, but for now it’s a solid 5 stars

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Park Central Self Storage! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I leased my unit entirely online, which was super convenient and easy to navigate. When I stopped by the office to finalize everything, the gentleman working there was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions thoroughly, no rush, no pressure, just great customer service. He even offered to personally take me on a tour of the facility and show me my actual unit, which I really appreciated. Seeing everything in person gave me complete peace of mind. The facility itself is outstanding, spotlessly clean, bright, and well-lit throughout. It truly doesn’t feel like your typical dark, dingy storage place; it’s modern and welcoming instead. I would highly recommend Park Central Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well-managed facility with excellent service. 5 stars all the way! Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable
