- MGMarius GheorgheOct 3, 20233.0The key copy did not work as promised. There was a little bump in the middle of one indentation that needed to be filed by hand afterwards in order to make it work. I am updating the review to state that, per business owner's request, I reached out to them on October 4 to give them a fair chance to address the complaint. However, I have not heard back from them in 6 days. I wouldn't have posted about a $4+tax purchase if it wasn't for the inconvenience factor. When I discovered that the key didn't work, I was about 50 mi roundtrip away from the store where I had duplicated the key. The final update on this is that a customer service representative has finally reached out and they issued a refund. Due to this I will upgrade the rating from one to three stars.
