Ordering from Lowe's and trying to get my appliances delivered has been such an absolutely terrible experience I straight up don't even want to be a Lowe's customer anymore. Whoever manages their deliveries and communication to the customers is completely unprofessional and absolutely does not care about how poor their customer service is. It's home Depot or Best buy or another of the like over Lowe's after this horrible experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have spent HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars on a current build and the pro desk keeps telling us random days for delivery and continues to push it back again and again (after telling us the products are in stock). We have contractors WAITING for delivery and they just never show- the store manager Tom is doing nothing to help, avoids our calls- they do not care. The pro desk will straight lie to you when you ask for the manager- saying he’s on vacation- but yet when you call the front desk at the store- you’re told he is there he’s just in a meeting.
Never spending this kind of money at Lowe’s ever again- this is our first and LAST build using Lowe’s!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
