I asked for assistance in the lumber department (because the button to press and ask for assistance was not working), and was told that they would send someone over. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked the same associate (an older man) and he said that they were all a little busy and very rudely told me I would have to wait. I saw multiple associates that could have assisted, but struggled to get any help.
In the end, I left the store and went to Home Depot, where I was quickly helped and able to find what I needed. This was my last time shopping at Lowes.

Been going here for 5+ years...first time i have been back in 3 months and the store now has zero customer service from their employees. Everyone just plays dumb and passes you to the next person. One guy can cut wood, who is also the only one who can drive a fork lift...go to happy valley or home depot

This is one of many reasons I will never order from you again. Your order taker managed to mess up my order so badly that I had to negotiate on very limited income to return her mistakes. (Why the eye Dr is making me wait a year for surgery IDK.). I suppose your AI told you sending a leaking bottle of this stuff my landlord demands me to use in the drains is totally OK. How am I supposed to shake it up? How about ditch the AI and hire humans that care to do a good job?
