After waiting another 20 minutes I asked the same associate (an older man) and he said that they were all a little busy and very rudely told me I would have to wait. I saw multiple associates that could have assisted, but struggled to get any help. In the end, I left the store and went to Home Depot, where I was quickly helped and able to find what I needed. This was my last time shopping at Lowes.

I suppose your AI told you sending a leaking bottle of this stuff my landlord demands me to use in the drains is totally OK. How am I supposed to shake it up? How about ditch the AI and hire humans that care to do a good job?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
