Always a pleasant experience at this location. We came in today looking for a couple small things and ended up buying a washer/dryer set. Troy was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, got us the best deal possible, and answered all of our questions. Lowe's is really lucky to have someone who goes above and beyond to make a personal connection with customers!

After years of shopping at the local Lowe’s I will start driving the extra 10 min to the nearest Home Depot. I have experienced some of the most unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service at this Lowe’s. A simple purchase of a washer turned into a month long battle with employees that are not empathetic and rude. Disrespectful in front of my children and given such a run around.

This was the Happy valley Lowe's. And I have to say this place is awesome. I always get help there when I need it. Today I was looking for a grill and Austin and Leila went over and above in customer service to help me. I feel confident that my order will come in, be assembled, and be delivered to me as promised.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
