  Omg why Leslie is still keeping Nate as employee of their store ? The guy is not helpful at all he is even super rude . He doesn’t aknowledge customer at all and when you ask him to help you he sends you online to research on your own . I have spend two days trying to find piece that he didn’t want to look for me . Came back other day when Dave was there and he spend one hour helping and finding my piece . Today I have cold to check is my part in and Nate even cursed on me super rude he should never ever work in any Customer service industry And when you look Leslie’s reviews he is the worse and they still keep him employed I don’t get it why . This is my store I come here for last 12 years and since Nate is working here I have to drive far away anytime when I need Leslie just cause Nate works at store that is next to me which is this one I did called a complained but somehow Leslie is not doing anything about it . Maybe Nate has long nasty tough with Corporate office so they are not kicking him out of here but he should never ever worked in customer service industry especially not for Leslie

  First time going to this store I was not impressed with the customer service. The young guy working disnt seem interested in helping me. The second time I went I was absolutely blown away with the managers knowledge pertaining to my pools broken pool pump. He answered all of my questions and I left feeling better informed then when I went in.

  Dave is keeping the customers here with his knowledge of pools. The wait is long I do recommend getting at least 3 people in the store from may-September it's ARIZONA we live in our pools.
