  Called today to see if they tested water. Was told yes and confirmed no charge for this service. When I got to store with sample I was told I was required to have an account with them to have water test service. This was not explained during phone inquiry. Said I needed to know how many gallons pool holds, pool surface, and many other details about pool to open account which I did not have. SCAM. Just trying to gain info. in order to upsell on their products. This is not needed for water test. Very poor customer service. Bad experience. Will not return to this store again.

  I highly recommend Valley Wide. I had Phoenix pool parts come out and fix a pipe leak. They used tape to seal leak and it didn't work. Subpar work. I asked them to come out ASAP to fix and they didn't contact me so I called again and they were rude. SO I called Valley Wide and Jake helped immediately. His tech Justin was great, a real pool afficiando. I also love that they are open early so I don't have to wait until 9 or 10am to buy pool chemicals and other products. Thanks Valley Wide, I'm glad you moved into our Moon Valley neighborhood
