They did not have much of a choice for keys so I got the brass one. Wanted the leopard print key or the pet paws. They were out. I paid extra to get a smooth key. It took about 3 times to accept my card. Finally it worked. Now let me tell you that was the smoothest key I have ever used. They usually get stuck or don't fit right. First try I was in the house. Well I was unsure but hey the machine did a better job than a person. Good job guys 😁
