The secured lock key worked perfectly, however it took 2 weeks to receive the extra key from KeyMe. I wanted to see if this was an aberration or the norm, so I ordered a couple of copies of a General Motors late model SUV, at the time of writing this post, i am still waiting for delivery of those copies. it has been now 10 days from date of order and past the estimated 3-5 business promoted by KeyMe for delivery. As with any product , I of the old school generation (Age 59) will not tolerate is making of a sale with deceptive advertisement practices. I don't care if it takes 3 days or 30 days to receive pre-paid services from any company doing business. inform the customer, upfront, before the sale is even initiated, with an actual and reasonable delivery date of services, so (I) the customer can make a intelligent decision on whether that service suits or accommodates my current needs as a customer. Yes, I probably would not have used your service, had I known that you use third party delivery services to transport your sales product. But the intentional deception of information took away my right as a consumer to expect those services in a timely manner. For that reason, I am only giving KetMe a rating of 3. If I have not received this service by day 15, I will initiate a complaint with my bank and KeyMe customer service for a total refund. If you use this service for any quick service solution, this is not very good product. I don't care, how inexpensive the service is. Hell, I could have passed away last week, and your service wouldn't have done me a bit of convenience. Therefore, if you can't improve your delivery system and truthfulness of the reality of transport to your customer, I will probably use a local service, that will afford me a more timely position of immediate gratification.
