After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.
