The Lady at the register speaks with the lady in front of me (elderly Caucasian woman) and as I come up she rolls her eyes. I speak and say “Hello” and she says nothing, she then proceeds to snatch my things off the counter as she rings them up. After my transaction, she say “thank you” but as I walk off the lady behind me (another Caucasian woman) is greeted with a smile and a greeting that I wasn’t afforded. Smh… All of ma say is Jessica A. (T-9232) i understand that it’s a busy time of the year but it’s still customary to greet each customer the same, especially when there’s no reason to otherwise. And before I could finish she starts speaking very loud and angry "I SAID YOU CANT USE TAP YOU HAVE TO USE THE CARD." I had already had my walket in hand because this happened last time I was there and I was getting my actual card. Employees should not mumble polices then ask when to repeat then be frustrated at me because they dont know how to project. Hobby lobby is like a Charles Dickinson book, it was the best of times it was the absolute worst of times.
