- JSJames SebringDec 31, 20251.0New management took over and since there has no access to the facility gate keypads don't work gates don't open, somehow there's junkies walking around people with guns walking around units getting broken into I'm sure, the office windows are broken out, people are living there. No one answers phone calls so I guess your just expected to pay rent for a unit you can't even access unless you break onto the property. Don't rent here
