Plus my unit was still under my friends name who passed it on to me when he left state so I found myself in a huge hot mess since was paying with cash and I had no office to go to. I spoke with Cruz who works on site where my unit is, and he was very helpful in recommending I go see Doris at the Cave Creek just north of Bell road store and told me she could get all my problems solved and get me back in my unit. She did just that! Doris is very professional and a asset to the Extra Storage company! She got me back in my unit in less than 24 hours regardless of the fact there was much paperwork and irritating steps that had to be taken. Thank you Doris!
