I asked if the units were climate controlled and Darin informed me that location was not and then we talked about other locations that might work for me. Darin suggested two locations I should check out and I will be using one of the suggested locations Darin provided me. Darin also let me know how the web pricing vs at facility worked so I could determine which worked best for my needs. Darin was super friendly and very knowledgeable and not just of his location but of other facilities. He provided excellent customer service.
