I was upset and I couldn’t understand What changed to warrant such a huge Rate increase when they didn’t even advertise the storage size that I had for $90. I dealt with Jessica and shared my concerns with her as I was now looking for new storage facility. She was straightforward with me and when I got a notice for a rate increase, I called extra Storage and spoke to her, and I was still able to get an increase but afford my bill. Every time I go to the facility, I deal with her. She’s very informational. She’s not gonna steer you wrong. She has great customer service. She’s very professional unfortunately I may have to keep the Storage longer than I needed it but as long as Jessica is there to assist me, that should not be a problem. I would recommend the facilities clean, not people loitering or hanging around. The facility is easy to access easy to find. I won’t go anywhere else for my storage needs as long as Jessica’s there! Hope this review helps
