She helped to resolve the problem in a quick and efficient way and the whole time she was really friendly and kind. If I ever need a storage unit, this is where I will go! The facility is temperature controlled, clean and safe! And Michelle is the best!

Michelle, the manager, showed me the two units in which I was interested, explained the costs and everything; I had enough information from Michelle that I could have rented a unit on the spot, but I wanted to talk things over with my wife. Sure enough, the next morning I was back and rented a perfectly sized (for me!) 5x5 unit. I could not have been more satisfied with the service I got from Michelle and with everything about this Extra Space Storage.
