Ken was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, something which has become fairly rare these days in business dealings. If he is a representation of the other employees here, I would have absolutely no reservation about renting a unit here. Although I do not currently rent a unit from this location, I had one for approximately 2 years without experiencing any significant issues. One piece of advice I will give is to lock in your initial rental rate for as long as you can because rates can increase.

I really wish that I was having the same positive experience with specifically management and customer service. I would give that a one star review at this time. I am a brand new customer, I have had my unit for less than a month and it has caused me great amounts of stress. And to top it off, on move in day, my gate code was denied after I made sure it worked 4 days ago. My money $700 for my movers would have been completely lost if I hadn't followed another unit renter in and held the electric lock doors open the entire time while my stuff was being stored. 5 stars for the very safe and very clean location. The units themselves are 👍🏽 and they have great deals on prices. Hopefully from here on out I will have no issues with my unit as, in my experience, it is virtually impossible to contact the onsite employees, and customer service is extremely limited on problem solving, account restriction issues, and they refuse to contact other location managers to assist if needed. I would appreciate permission to contact the district manager directly. And this system of "call or text the employee if the office is locked" is not working for me.
