They have a few carts to use, which are a godsend for heavy items. But honestly, the best aspect of this particular location is the STAFF. We've been renting at the 27th ave/ Glendale location for about 5 years now, and every single person in the office is amazing. The manager has been so helpful, too, with questions about pricing (especially when prices go up, in which case he has in the past sometimes been instrumental in negotiating a slightly lower payment). We just feel so comfortable with these guys, thank you and keep doing what you do!
