She literally has gone out of her way to make my experience here as a renter the worst she could possibly make it. I have been a paying customer with an increasing payment mind you for months now. I had one hiccup where I was stuck there later than I should have been and she immediately put me on "office hours" only. Meanwhile the only times I can access my unit are after office hours as per my work schedule. I was trying to switch to a new bigger unit paying more money and she still refuses to give me one exception for my accidental "mishap" or violation in here words. There is no reasoning with this lady. She is just flat out mean and rude probably hates her job and takes it out on tenants that she doesn't like or looks down upon for some reason. I would love to still keep my storage unit at this location but the lack of customer care and just flat out a possibility of a personal vendetta against me (I can't figure out any other reason why she won't give me one warning) other than she just hates me. I literally can't get to the facility during office hours, so now I guess I am permanently locked out of my storage locker since I cannot access it during her "punishment hours" for people like me who accidentally got stuck there after hours due to a problem in finding an important document my wife needed the following morning. I accept that I was wrong in being there late but give a customer who is otherwise a good Tennant a break or a warning that isn't so harsh at taking a total of 8 hrs of access time from me. I am just so frustrated in the lack of customer care and the fact that she is so bluntly rude to me. I hope she is going to improve herself because even after talking to the district manager and what I had thought resolved this issue she still is purposely going out of her way to make things as difficult as possible. Also her apologies for me "being late and not obeying the rules" is just purposely provoking me and using her authority to create a hostile environment for me, a paying customer, who just wants to be treated with some dignity and not talked down to the way Tracy does. Will the owner or district manager please bring this to her attention because nothing i say is even being listened to. She just tells me how I'm a bad person and deserve to be punished. Punished by a storage facility. That's what is really happening. I'm in timeout
