She was very pleasant and took the time to go over my options and what she thought would work best for my needs. She answered all my questions and showed me units in the size I thought I might need and then she also provided me some other options I did not think about. Her customer service went above what I had anticipated and expected. I know when I rent a nit from her location I will not have to worry about ease of getting my belongings in to the facility and I know my belongings will be safe. Katherine made my experience an above expectations one. I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.
