  Zach is amazing. First, he notified me of his expected arrival time to my home to do the service. And then, he told me his plan of action and later on informed me about the service he performed accompanied by photos. He also asked me if there’s anything else that I’m concerned about. That’s truly a great customer care.

  First off, my last name was incorrect, my phone number was incorrect, and my address was incorrect in your system. The technician was scheduled to come between 10- 12 and they never showed up , I had to reach out and contact and find out why the technician was not there. They told me the technician went to the wrong address and that they would show up between 3-5 that day. But they still did not show up. After talking back-and-forth with the sales representative who set up my home, it was discovered that the technician had the wrong address and the wrong phone number and the wrong name for the individual that he was supposed to be servicing. I was about to cancel everything because I was very dissatisfied with the service I was receiving when this was not the service I was promised. I waited ALL day with no contact as to why the technician was not showing up. When he finally did show up he only did the exterior of the house and not interior. He was supposed to come back in 2 days to do the interior. Now I'm finding out that the technician will not be here...when i was told he would be and that now it will be rescheduled for a month later!!!!! I was also promised a termite inspection serive with my plan. Yet thats also being pushed out for another month! Horrible service would NOT recommend!

  We have been using Gilbert aptive for years. I called this morning to have a mice removal added to our services that we pay for a monthly. They would not grant me request because I wasn’t the account holder. Though it’s me and my husband‘s house. I told him I could give them whatever information they needed to get it scheduled. They were extremely unhelpful and it’s actually ridiculous. My husband job that does not let him call during normal business hours due to the government. It’s not that serious. So we be canceling our account.

  A female sales solicitor came to our door on Saturday evening 2/28 and rang our doorbell despite a RED NO SOLICITING sign. She then stood there and pounded on my door waking someone up who is going through CANCER TREATMENT. What a disgusting company and a disgusting person. I would never hire this company based on their deplorable sales tactics. When I told came through my garage and asked the girl what she wanted and she told me they were spraying in the area, I told her NO and to READ the RED no soliciting sign on the door next time. Try to hire intelligent RESPECTFUL sales associates, because the teenagers you are hiring are not capable of reading.

  I have been having issues with Aptive. They change appointment times to suit their needs without letting customers know. There is supposed to be a 30 minute notification before they arrive at your home and this hasn’t been happening. Because of this I wasn’t home to have them do inside which I specifically asked to have done. We are supposed to receive photos of what was done. I received nothing. No notification on the door that they came by. I received a survey to ask about the service and this is the only reason I knew they considered my treatment finished. When I complained they gave me $43 off my service and rescheduled for the following week. Would not discount any more than that.
