After waiting for two weeks for delivery, after payment of our device, in which time they never contacted My Wife or I they finally set a delivery time. Then they stalled the delivery and instead of contacting us to let us know they wanted an entire day giving my wife the run around then finally decided to refuse service. Bottomed line DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Try RAC or 1 of the dozens of other places. Aarrons, you are not the only rental place nor the best

They do illegal transactions and talk about their customers so I had to get the BBB involved. The furniture is not taken care of, the deliver guys suck and throw everything around as if you don't have to pay for the items. I do not recommend this business, the other Aarons will treat you much better. Hopefully they close this one down and realize they hired the wrong people for this job.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
