  A very strange and alarming interaction with AZ Express Glass and Mirror. We had some back and forth on text arranging a time for him to come out and work on on my shower doors over a 3 day period and he sent me a quote for the work. We agreed on a date and time for him to come out and do the work. I told him I might be a few minutes late as I had an appointment that finished right before he was to come to my house. His text response was "Okay". I arrived home 5 minutes after the time for the appointment and I let him know via text. I get a call an hour later and the guy says we never had an appointment confirmed, and when I tell him he confirmed the appointment via text, he starts yelling at me for what I don't know, and then hangs up. I sent him a copy of the text with the appointment time and his confirmation and called him back and he says I am too difficult to work with and he is blocking me and then hangs up. I would stay away from these guys and would never let them in my house, particularly if I were alone. Very unprofessional and just a weird vibe.

  I had a big wall of mirror that needed to be removed, and not a lot of companies want to do just a removal job. AZ Express was very accommodating on the job, on the schedule, and on pricing. (Now on to wall repair and painting!). They were sure to clean up dust, etc. before they left as well. I'll be calling them for more mirror removal as I move on with this project... and for new glass shower door installation. Highly recommend!

  JR did an outstanding job installing our glass shower door. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The installation is absolutely flawless — the door is perfectly aligned, swings smoothly, and seals tightly with no gaps or leaks.
