  Found them through a door to door salesman. Bernie came out yesterday for the first time and was phenomenal. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was super friendly and communicated the plan and how to keep my dog safe after he sprayed perfectly. I requested him for every visit from now on. I’m giving it 4 stars because the two salesmen I worked with were really bad at scheduling and communicating. I recommend them but I also recommend double checking with them that they wrote down the correct day and time for the appointment.

  My first service was on 3/30/2026. Since then, I have seen an increase of random bugs both in and outside of the home. Tonight, 4/10/2026, I was in the backyard for about 3 minutes. Now I have 6 mosquito bites. This is not the first time that I've had service. I know what to expect. I can't see or smell that service was performed. Pictures don't equate honest service. I have no time to monitor techs. If service doesn't improve asap I am going to cancel. Thank you!

  These guys got their people going door to door. Big sign by our door bell that says no solicitors and they try anyway. I answer the door and inform their sales person if they didn’t read the sign. Completely ignored me and continued the pitch. Terrible.

  If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I paid $300 for them to come out, and four days later the bugs were back. I called to let them know, and they scheduled someone to come out the following day for a complimentary visit. I took time off work because they said the appointment would be between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. No one showed up, and when I called, I was transferred three time and they said there was nothing they could do and that I should have signed up for a monthly service with them. Awful customer service!

  1 star isn't doing it justice. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They sprayed two other locations before getting the address correct and spraying the right location. They say month to month charge, month to month but show up only if you call to complain about being charges when they haven't even showed up. The product is harmful to animals and not applied in a proper manner. Now I have to clean my exterior of my house cause the mess created was visually all over my windows and I don't want to see this happen to others.
