Called me a few days ago asking if I knew someone and to tell them they need to call this company. So I messaged said person I haven't spoken to in YEARS, said this company they arent associated with as well. They live in Kentucky I am in TEXAS. I do not need to rent furniture from a company i have never heard of nor do I need any, especially this company. Please DO NOT, call me asking me if I know said person mentioned and to tell them to call. Dunno how my number was found. But all in all this seems extremely fishy and scammy to me.

I'm no rocket scientist, but I believe that a mattress that I am still making payments on should not be a worthless piece of garbage before it's even paid off... You can imagine my surprise when I spoke to a team member at your store on 35th and Greenway in Arizona offered me a new mattress, but in the next breath told me that my contract would start all over again... What a bunch of BS why do I pay extra every single month for Aaron's Club??? What a freaking JOKE SMH

- EEElvinNov 4, 20251.0Bought two items. Arrived at the store and they only had one. Fine, but then I had to call twice to get them to correct the loan for the one item I received. Then I seen the item went on sale a few days later, so I asked them to give me the sale price. This happened before with a couch at another store and they had no problem adjusting the price. This store refused, so I’m returning the item. It’s ridiculous they would rather have a used back then make a slight price adjustment to make a customer happy. But I guess it’s better I get out of this terrible loan anyway.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
