  Manager Maureen helped me with a warranty claim on a Hayward salt cell. Other Leslie’s stores turned me away. Maureen contacted Hayward, collected some info, and got me a replacement cell in under a week. This store is farther from me than the “4 corners” store but the better level of service and professionalism is worth the drive. Thank you Maureen!

  Done with Leslie's! Last night (October 20th), I raced home from work (Scottsdale) to be sure I could get a bottle of Alkalinity Up and a bag of fresh n clear from Leslie's in Vistancia, which I had to have to get my water back in normal range. I was leaving first thing in the morning for CA and not returning til Monday. I arrived at Leslie's at 5:55 pm and store closes at 6:00. Not sure how many laws I broke to get there before they closed. As I tried to open the door...it was locked! Here's the worst part, the girl inside the store, who could clearly see me, wouldn't make eye contact with me, even after knocking on the door for several minutes. She just ignored me as if I wasn't there. I even tried yelling that I only need a bottle of Alkalinity up....she just kept acting like she was busy on the computer, so disrespectful. Shame on her. Whoever it was closing the store early on Wednesday, October 20th 2022, well she just lost a customer for life. Good job!

  The manager of the store (Ray) is fantastic- super knowledgeable and helpful, doesn’t sell anything that isn’t needed!

  I have been in here a few time when we moved into the Vistancia area and everytime I was in there, the service was terrible. I hadn't been back since. That was about a year ago. They have some new people and new managers in there now and I they have been really helpful. Their customer service has improved tremendously and I actually enjoy going there now. I'm glad they have made the change.

  Slow service . When more than 1 customer in the store . Need more then 1 employee shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get my water tested . 😡
