We had a leak and dug it out, and the tech checked it and acknowledged the leak, then changed his mind later and suggested leak detection, then required leak detection days later after they had bailed on the job. Never called to follow up. Ended up using Poolside AZ because they reviewed the job and fixed the leak the next day.
