I had very limited time and decided to drop in and pick up a lock. I needed a Schlage programmable door lock.. I have three of these locks at my home and I had recently replaced one. I decided to replace the other two. Since the locks are expensive, they keep them blocked up in a cage shelf. The person who I asked to get the lock out of the cage was extremely rude. I think he objected to having to break up his chat with a fellow employee to take care of me. Although I’ve been shopping at this location for many years, he insisted on carrying the locks to the cash register and making a great show out of turning me over to an associate to help me check out. I find it this location. If you do need help whoever helps you is going to be rude And domineering. Recently I bought some material to bridge floor between carpet and tile the person I spoke to told me I would have to hire contractor that there was no such product I then told him that I would just browse for a while and that he could go. within a moment or two I found exactly the material I needed and purchased it. Another time I was trying to buy a washer and dryer and may need to replace my current units but the person in appliances I spoke with was overbearing and rude. His response to simple questions was sort of don’t you know this stupid as how they work. I think usually courtesy in a store comes from the manager And in this store, I think, the manager approves hostility to customers.

The staff was very helpful in helping us get some containers and finding replacement screws for a baby gate. I would like to recognize three employees: Cheryl who helped us at the register, she was kind and made the checkout process fast and smooth; a kind older gentleman with white hair asked if we needed help and promptly found the correct diameter and length bolt that we needed for a baby gate; and last but not least there was a young woman with blond hair who helped grab five big plastic tubs for us. We were at home depot before this and when we saw there were no bolt fitment devices we left. I said let's go to Lowe's, they usually have fitment guides. Not only that but this one had stellar staff, so we didn't have to figure it out, we got on our way even faster. You guys made Lowe's from a nice place to a awesome place! Keep it up!

Come back to return one and get two different ones
