  メルマガを取るほど好きな店です。 毎週何らかのセールがあって楽しみにしています。 ウォールデコールコーナーで日本にないものをたくさん買って帰るのが恒例になっています。 今回はランプと看板、バターケースや鍋敷などを買いました。 いつも手頃な値段で嬉しいです。

  Thank you JEREMY for honoring a price.. This place often has long lines. Just watch what line you get into. The 1st one is for returns so it often is longer. Patience is the name of the game. They wrap breakable items which is awesome however it takes time. The clearance section that used to be in the corner by the art stuff must have been moved. Thers always a great selection of card making, scrapbook stuff. The holiday/seasonal is a great variety. ITS NOT just CHRISTIAN faith based. It's great that they have that since there are NO more Christian Bookstore. They are closed on Sunday so Saturday is busy. Just bring patience.

  I don’t know if Jade just didn’t want to be there today cause it’s Valentines but not very good customer service. I put my stuff on the counter she has her shoulder to me she sees me doesn’t say hello but proceeds to take a minute to put lotion on then barely says hello. She was very dull no personality completely made me feel like I inconvenienced her by wanting to be checked out, hopefully she isn’t always like this cause she shouldn’t be in customer service if so. Fake it girl even if you are having a bad day it’s not my fault I’m happy and chipper and your energy just brought me down. I know she can and hope she does better I’ll chalk it up to she was having a bad day.

  Horrible customer service!! Went to return something and the lady named Eva was so rude to the older lady in front of me and then had an attitude with me. Unbelievable

  I love Hobby Lobby and this is a great store. I would gladly give 5 stars if I had good experiance with the cashiers. I am a very friendly person but I swear they are so cold and rude. I feel like cattle being prodded. If they were to smile I think their face would break. This is my experiance everytime! I almost feel guilty giving them my business. Im seriously considering just not shopping there anymore for that reason. I shop there often and spend alot of money. It's just uncomfortable and unpleasant. Otherwise I'd have no complaint at all.
